Health is a very important. Sum tips to stay healthy.
  1. Eat veggies.
  2. Eat healthier
  3. Not alot of chips
  4. Not alot of soda
  5. Not alot of red meat
  6. Lots of water 
  7. Excersize
  8. Drink vitamins 
  9. Dont smoke 
  10. Dont drink alcohol.
I beleive that when somone is healthy they have a better life thats just from my point of view whats yours?
